If you have chosen to take any portions online:

• The tester will notify the World Headquarters that you have taken the on-court portions at the test site.
• Once the World Headquarters has been notified of attendance, you will receive an e-mail along with instructions on accessing the online written and grip exam.

If you have taken all portions at the test site:

• The World Headquarters will grade and mail results to you.

Your results will indicate your score and give a breakdown of results on each portion of the exam.  It will also inform you as to when you are eligible to upgrade to the next level.

If you did not pass as a Professional, you will be listed as a Recreational Coach.  This category normally does not automatically have liability coverage.  Since you are a Professional-level applicant, we will continue to provide this benefit to you without any lapse of coverage.  We encourage you to upgrade to the Professional category to enjoy all the benefits of a certified member.
