Join Cliff Drysdale Tennis Chief Operating Officer, Scott Colebourne for an informative discussion on implementing a player-centric mindset to your coaching and programming offerings. Throughout the session, Scott will reference lessons learned from the book “The Ego is the Enemy” by Ryan Holiday.  The session will be moderated by USPTA Director of Education, Ramona Husaru.

Speaker:     

Scott Colebourne holds a bachelor’s degree, with concentrations in Finance and Communications from the University of Waikato, NZ. Scott has been with Cliff Drysdale Tennis since 2007 in various operational roles, specializing in the development and growth of tennis resort programs, signature events, and tennis-related room night sales strategies. Currently the Chief Operating Officer, oversees company operations, leadership staff and select properties. His responsibilities include designing and implementing business strategies, plans and procedures; setting comprehensive goals for performance and growth; and establishing policies that promote CDT culture and vision. Colebourne has spoken on a variety of topics in many forums, including national and division conferences, Tennis Teachers Day, and many more. He has a keen interest in habits, systems, and mindset training.
