Ever wonder how yoga can benefit your tennis game as both a player and coach? This class is designed to target what most racquet sports have in common: the need for injury prevention, recovery, and mental game. Learn how to use dynamic yoga postures as a warm-up, static postures as a strategy for recovery, with postures, breathing techniques and focus tools, appropriate during tennis play.  Unlike many modern yoga classes, this class will move at an accessible pace, suitable to beginner and more experienced practitioners alike. Leave feeling a little more alive in both body & mind as a great start to your conference day! Yoga mats will be provided for those who do not have their own, and coaches are invited to watch and learn if unable to participate.
