The USPTA Leadership Academy is a three-day course specifically designed for tennis professionals that want to take their career to the next level. Led by USPTA Master and Elite Professionals, the course covers the skills necessary to become a director of tennis, general manager or another off-court role. This is a very interactive course that involves group projects and exercises to teach time management, communication skills, customer service, team building, budgeting and human resources solutions.
