LEVEL 3: Elite Professional


The Elite Professional category is designed for those tennis/racquet sport professionals that are interested in taking their career to the next level. Elite Professionals typically hold positions ranging from Head Tennis Professional to Director of Tennis, Director of Racquet Sports and beyond. Level 3 Elite Professional is available to all level 2 coaches and involves additional requirements for upgrading. This category focuses on teaching/coaching all levels and ages as well as facility operations and management.

The USPTA Elite Professional membership category is designed for those tennis professionals that have demonstrated expertise in all aspects 
of tennis teaching and management. Elite Professionals typically hold positions ranging from head tennis professional to director of tennis and beyond.

To become an Elite Professional, a USPTA member must be at least 22 years old; pass the Elite written exam, which covers business, programming, 
sport science and tennis operations; pass the Elite stroke analysis exam; and the on-court exams at the Elite level.
